The Kitchen Herbalist Classes are Back at Four Winds Farm this Summer, led by Deborah Lee and Terri Hanlin

 Each class will lead us on a unique journey of exploring with free-growing "weeds" and many common culinary herbs. 


Enjoy 1 or more of 5 unique Saturday classes, starting June 1st and going until September 21st. Each class will be unique, regarding what herbs we collect, study, clean, sip, eat, and prepare for take-home use.  Class time is 9 am - 4 pm. A light lunch and beverages are provided. In addition to this:

each class will allow time for you to harvest a floral bouquet to take home; and of course, various herbal preparations.

September 21st: The Best Herbs and Pungent Plants for cold and flu season. (Extra take-home info sheets are included.) We will dig roots, make Master Formula, and a root tincture. We especially want to cover what herbs are helpful for colds, flu, Covid and other autumn health issues. Reiki Master, Terry Hanlin will discuss Reiki, including ways to stay healthy.
