The Kitchen Herbalist Classes are Back at Four Winds Farm this Summer, led by Deborah Lee and Terri Hanlin

 Each class will lead us on a unique journey of exploring with free-growing "weeds" and many common culinary herbs. 


Enjoy 1 or more of 5 unique Saturday classes, starting June 1st and going until September 21st. Each class will be unique, regarding what herbs we collect, study, clean, sip, eat, and prepare for take-home use.  Class time is 9 am - 4 pm. A light lunch and beverages are provided. In addition to this:

each class will allow time for you to harvest a floral bouquet to take home; and of course, various herbal preparations. 


Learn about cultivating and using culinary herbs to support good health. This journey will take us into the Farmacy Herb Garden where we will learn about various medicinal/culinary super plants. We will also discuss drying and preserving herbs. We will make herbal tea, a tincture, and Elderberry tea, syrup or both, depending on what is in full bloom.
