The Kitchen Herbalist Classes are Back at Four Winds Farm this Summer, led by Deborah Lee and Terri Hanlin

 Each class will lead us on a unique journey of exploring with free-growing "weeds" and many common culinary herbs. 


Enjoy 1 or more of 5 unique Saturday classes, starting June 1st and going until September 21st. Each class will be unique, regarding what herbs we collect, study, clean, sip, eat, and prepare for take-home use.  Class time is 9 am - 4 pm. A light lunch and beverages are provided. In addition to this:

each class will allow time for you to harvest a floral bouquet to take home; and of course, various herbal preparations.


July 20th: Edible and Medicinal Flowers:

We will collect and prepare various edible flowers for their beauty and nutrition, especially as a lovely garnish and addition to summer cuisine. We will also prepare an ointment and a herbal vinegar dressing. Then, explore the profound emotional aspects of flowers by studying and make 2 personal Flower Essence formulas. One from the US and 1 from Australia! Immerse yourself in emotional beauty!
