The Kitchen Herbalist Classes are Back at Four Winds Farm this Summer, led by Deborah Lee and Terri Hanlin

 Each class will lead us on a unique journey of exploring with free-growing "weeds" and many common culinary herbs. 


Enjoy 1 or more of 5 unique Saturday classes, starting June 1st and going until September 21st. Each class will be unique, regarding what herbs we collect, study, clean, sip, eat, and prepare for take-home use.  Class time is 9 am - 4 pm. A light lunch and beverages are provided. In addition to this:

each class will allow time for you to harvest a floral bouquet to take home; and of course, various herbal preparations

August 24th: Transitioning your Garden and Herbs to Autumn: We will explore the gardens in late summer. Some new flower varieties will be blooming and many herbs will be thriving. We will collect plant roots and herbs for autumn health tincture combos including herbal poultices, bath salts, and fomentations.
